Thank you for your interest in employment with Abdulla Fouad. To register your information with us, please read this statement carefully before proceeding further.

Privacy policy

Abdulla Fouad Company, and other Abdulla Fouad affiliates (“Abdulla Fouad Group”) follow strict guidelines to protect personal data of all candidates and are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal information and to limiting the use of this information to the support of your employment application.

Being that said, we would like to inform you of the nature of the data held in the Taloe Recruitment System and the purposes of the processing.

Data held in the Recruitment System

The information kept in the recruitment system and physical files could include the following categories of personal data:

  • Address details;
  • Date and place of birth, marital status, partners and children;
  • Your curriculum vitae and other employment application information;
  • Letters of recommendation and references;
  • Copies of your employment agreement and all related documents;
  • Salary related data;
  • Benefits information (e.g. related to health insurance, pension, disability);
  • Your education;
  • Other information relating to your application and potential employment with Abdulla Fouad;
  • Other information needed or permitted under applicable law.

Sensitive Data

The information we keep may include sensitive data when required for legal purposes such as visa application or compliance with Saudi employment, social security and applicable laws, or when relevant for specific functions. Sensitive data may include:

  • Health;
  • Behavior data (including criminal/civil background);
  • Data related to passport restrictions.

The Purposes of Processing Data

The personal data you provide as part of the recruitment process will be held and processed for the purpose of your registration, applications and the selection processe of Abdulla Fouad. The Recruitment System may contain information related to (without limitation):

  • Personnel and salary administration (e.g. payroll, administering company’s medical care, and company security);
  • Pension and early retirement;
  • Tax and social security; or
  • As otherwise permitted by law.

Access to Data

You are able to access your own data on-line and may be able to add to or change (correct) some of your data.

Please note that any access to the personal data is restricted to only individuals within Abdulla Fouad and its affiliates. They operate under strict guidelines to make sure that data is protected.

I understand and accept that the processing of the personal data I provide may be disclosed to other Abdulla Fouad affiliates and to third party organizations providing administration or other relevant services to Abdulla Fouad.
